How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after processing, with tracking sent to your email.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and used personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. See Returns & Refunds.
Are these products safe for my skin?
Our items are cosmetic tools and accessories for external use. We always recommend a patch test with any new product and following the included instructions. If you have a skin condition, check with a professional first. We don't make medical claims.
Do the beauty devices treat skin conditions?
No. LED, microcurrent and similar items are cosmetic beauty devices for at-home pampering — they are not medical devices and make no treatment claims.
