You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in original packaging.
Hygiene note: for health and safety, opened cosmetics (masks, patches, strips) and used personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged.
How it works: email saqibali@saqibbeauty.shop with your order number and the issue. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it in full — no return needed.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
